  • Technical support and troubleshooting
  • Content calendar planning and campaign execution
  • Campaign and SMS sending
  • Performance reporting

How requests work

Requests are unlimited in total. One request is actively in production at a time, with a new request picked up each business day as the previous one is delivered. Requests are queued in the order received and you can reprioritise the queue at any time. Standard copy and design requests are delivered within one business day of entering production.

What we need from you

  • Klaviyo account access
  • Shopify collaborator access: Apps, Customers, Marketing, Analytics, Settings
  • Brand assets: logos, fonts, product imagery, brand guidelines
  • Completed Copy Culture onboarding form
  • DNS record access, or someone who can action DNS changes
  • Approval on campaigns within the agreed review window

Not included in any plan

  • The Klaviyo platform subscription. Klaviyo bills you directly and it is not covered by this retainer. Cost scales with the number of active profiles on your list.
  • Paid media management and ad creative
  • Shopify theme development or site design outside of Klaviyo-hosted forms
  • Product photography, videography or 3D asset production
  • Organic social media management and community moderation
  • PR, influencer outreach and affiliate program management
  • Marketplace listing management
